Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are happy, however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to use for a full refund or exchange. Please see below for more information on or return and exchange policy.


All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] obtain Return Authorization.

After receiving your RA, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to:

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend you use a trackable method to return your mail. Nauvoo Mercantile will not be held responsible for lost/stolen packages when a carrier proof of deliver exists (signature, GPS data, etc.)


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days form the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • items that have been damaged, abused, or neglected by the customer
  • items that cannot be resold due to damage, abuse or neglecte from the customer.
  • products that have been modified by the customer in any way
